Dear All,
My client had Cisco unity on mcs-7825-h4 v02 server. We plan to upgrade the 4GB memory and Cisco unity connection version 8.6.Now we received media and license from Cisco. But when we tried to install the Cisco unity connection we got message” hardware is not supported for this product”. Now please suggest how to handle this situation?

Have you reviewed the following doc to make sure all hardware criteria are met?

You say you plan to upgrade to 4GB, are they already installed???
