Hi,
We have two users where when they try to login into the voice mail, they get this, invalid selection message, tried changing the password several times over , but its of no help. the extension and all other stuff is fine.
Cisco unity connection version : 6.1.x
cisco phone : 7961

@Rob,
Pretty layman stuff . The extension on the userpage was put as a 4 digit extension , whereas whats the procedure is to make it 7 digits, so thats what was hurting the cause . Changed the extension back to 7 digits , and it worked.
But then again, thanks for the ever quick response.
