Cisco Unity Connection Voice Mail

Hi,

Good Day. Would just like to know if it's possible to change the default prompts being played on the CUC when a voice mail is being sent. For example after the caller finish the voice message he/she presses the # sign. Once the # button is pressed a default prompt will be played saying.."To hear you message press 1, to rerecord your message press 2 and so on and on. Can those default prompts from Cisco be changed?

Prompts on system handlers cannot be changed, however new call handlers can be created with custom prompts and applied as caller input mapping on users, etc.
