I've tried my best but cna not seem to get access or find a download for the historical reporting tool or Call manger tool.
I dont mind if they are only compatible with XP machines as i keep one around for just such occasions but could really do with this software as a previous IT engineer has left and not left the discs that apparently contained the software and has removed it from the server they said it was installed on :(
Any help greatly appreciated :)

I have tried win-7 and even win xp it works

Thanks Nadeem, they are the links im looking for.
The problem is its for an older device and there is no current service agreement inplace so i cant get to the software. Is there no other way to get to it at all?
