Cisco unity Express installation

hello, I'm trying to install Cisco Unity Express software on the ISM-SRE-300-K9 on a 2951 router

when i issue a service-module sim 0/0 status this is what i get

service module is cisco ism 0/0

service module supports session via tty line 195

service module is failed

service module heart-reset is enabled

service module is in fail open

service moodule status is not available

no install/uninstall in progress

could you please help me out, i need to be able to install cue on this module

Now in another router session do service-module reset and you should see the CUE booting and can diagnose further.

I did it, but it seems that the Unity is not working yet.

Correct, if you don't see it rebooting in terminal session the module, may be defective and need to be replaced.

Do you *** and  then  install  .key  install_key  ( name of file in zip download cisco ) file   and then run  config  and then  boot helper

we have  ISM-SRE300-K9

example

services module ism 0/0 session

***

config

boot-loader.   install_key    advice put file .key in tftp

boot-loader   config

boot-loader   boot helper
