I would like to learn Cisco VOIP and Collaboration. In internet a lot of docs and videos. But I do not know which one is suitable for me.

I am studying myself and I would like to study step by step. So anyone able to advise where could I get the resources such as docs, guide books, videos etc., Thanks in advance.
