Hello,

Is there any reason why one of the serial interfaces have encapsulation PPP setup and the other has HDLC? The config is commonly HDLC.
According to the debug, the call is using 1/0:15, which has the PPP configuration in place.
What happens if you set 1/0:15 with a higher preference? Do you experience the same issue if the call goes out of 1/1:15?

Hi there,

Sorry, just looked at this one again.

A debug voip ccapi inout would confirm, but I suspect you may not be matching your inbound dial-peer on your outbound call.

Wondering if you would consider making the following change:

Dial-peer voice 100 pots

incoming called-number .

The following change would ensure that all calls on the inbound leg would match this pattern.
