Hi,
I try to configure a C881 voice gateway with a CUCM 9.1 using MGCP Protocol.
The two BRI ports remain unregistered.
On the gateway configuration web page it has four "subunits"... but this gateway has only BRI1 & BRI2 (no slot/subunit....) and if I enter the sh ccm-manager IOS command I see an error with the "BRI4" despite the gateway shown registered
????
What is the trick I'm missing?
Thank you for your help,
Christian.

Use H.323 for solid and fast results.

Hi Paolo,
Yes....
All others gateways, 2901, 2911, 2951 are configured with MGCP Protocol....
But, I will try, thank you.
Regards,
Ch.

This defect is for the port numbers not matching causing the ports to not register properly:
http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCuj54849
The workaround is to use H323 until it is fixed.

Looks like the link is not fully copied when clicking it. Try and copy and paste it into the URL bar and it should work. I double checked that this is externally visible.
