Ciso CUCM Corporate Directory - Sort Order by last name...

Hi,

we have a UCM version 10.5.1.10000-7.

From Ip-Phone (Sip or SCCP models) Corporate Directory search results are sorted by first name, alphabetically.

But we need to have them sorted by last name, not by first name.

They are showed corretly into format "Last Name-First Name", this model is usable for us.

But order was done by second value (First Name) instead first data (so, Last Name...).

Can we organize result, alphabetically, but by last name (that must remain first on list)?

We have fount info about this bug:

CSCus21121 "Corporate Directory entry order is not alphabetical".

But we have a alphabetical order for search resut...., also our issue was related to this bug and we need to upgrade...?

Hi,

There is a known issue as per which corrporate Directory service displays (for 78xx, 79xx etc) user entries ordered by "First name, Last name" and is not fixed yet.

thanks for you reply.

So, actual display format was correct for us, so "Last Name-First Name", for our needs, was fine.

It's ordered alphabetically  but by First Name.

Bug CSCuq30437 means that, if I understand, UCM order alphabetically directly by First-Name,

so first usable value for UCM...? Only by this...?

If so, upgrading to 10.5.2.13900-12 version, can modify this situation.....?
