Clear call history on all shared line appeances

I have several executive assistants that want to know why the call history is not cleared on all shared lines when they clear all history on one of their phones.

Example: Denise has line 256747, Sharon has line 256747, and Patricia has line 256747. When Denise clears the call history on her line appearance of 256747 it does not clear the history on 256747 on the other phones with the same line. Is there a way to do this?

I don't think so, not without developing something to push a clear-history XML object to each phone.

If a line is shared then it's not a private line, if they wish to make calls confidentially it would make sense for them to do this on a dedicated, unique line that exists on their phone only.
