I recently swapped out computers at work. I was running XP, and now I'm on 7. I reinstalled Cisco IP Communicator on my new laptop. After that I associated it with my account in Call Manager. So now my desk phone and soft phone both have my correct extension. What I'm noticing now is that my softphone show that I have a voicemail. My desk phone doesnt. I checked my voicemail on the softphone; retrieved and deleted the messages. The softphone correctly updated and shows no voicemails. I'm concerned though that my desk phone is not displaying that I have voicemails correctly. Does anyone know how to correct this?

Looks like my account doesnt have access to Unity. I'll ask my boss to do it.
