I have CM 4.1 and H.323 gateway (Avaya ip office)
I configured all neede parametrs on Cm.
I have not access to Avaya. But ingeneer responsible for Avaya confirmed ahat Avaya configured correctly (I am not shure)
I can not collect traces (Sniffer) from LAN now...
Can any advice how I can diagnose H.323 connections using Cm tool?
Thank you very much!

Hi, You can collect detailed callmanager traces using the steps provided in following link
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a0080094e89.shtml
Tracing an h323 call in traces

Tools like Notepad++ can be used to highlight call identifiers that makes reading easier.
