Hello
i have the following problem:
The users with sccp phones can pickup all the incoming calls.
The users with SIP phone CP-8841 cannot pickup calls from sccp phones.
Because the 10.5 CME does not support cp-8841 i have tried to work with "compatible" type 9971 and 8941.
In both situations can make and receive calls but it is not able to pickup from the other.
Below is some info from the configuration file:

Can you try configuring the 8841 phone using the fast track method as CME 10.5 supports this model using fast track method.
