CME 11.0 -update made phones stopped working

Hello,

I was using CME version 8.1, and after updating the 7945 phones stopped working, what should I do?

I updating for use phones 7811.

This is kind of strage as you do not engouh phones registered or configured but received max-count limit. can please do one thing and check if there is acl or port is getting blocked. performed shut and no shut under the telephony if does not worked then perform below step

erase the configuration from 7945 phone erasing CTL and ITL > delete the configuration from CME of the ephone and ephone-dn > remove the max-ephone and max-dn and re-configured it again

and last no create and create cnf under telephony service.

what do you mean stopped working? Is phone un-registered, not able to make calls  after upgrade . please share some detail

All the phones 7945 are UNREGISTERED after upgrade.

can  you please post the show run from CME and also what is the firmware version of the phone is it 9.2 if not can you please try upgrading the firmware. also try collecting below

debug tftp events

debug tftp packets

The firmware version of the phones 7945G is 7945-sccp.9-4-2SR1-1.

sh run attached (router-cme-26-01-16.txt)

can you manually bind the all file for 7945 load, seems like not finding the load file

also collect the below debugs again and show output

Show ephone registered
Show ephone unregistered

Follow attached the file from sh log after bind manually.

the phones not registered.

the output from command sh ephone, the DN appear IP like 0.0.0.0*, but I,m able to ping the address of the phones (eg. 10.10.1.2).

try configuring reset phones.

just remove ephone and add it back again. hope this will solve the issue. erase the CTL and ITL prior to that
