I am running a CME 12.0 on a 2901 router and I have 10 7975 phones which all work perfectly. I am trying for the first time to setup CIPC one my desktop Windows 10 PC, but I am having issues. I am using CIPC version 8.6.6.0. I can place calls but there is no audio either way. Keep in mind that the physical 7975 IP phone's audio is fine, just the CIPC phone has an issue.
I can do all the features on the CIPC phone except hang up a call. When I do hang up a call, the CIPC software crashes.
Also, if I establist a call to another extension, the call autamatically drops after a few minites but still shows connected on the CIPC software.
