CME 12.3 - IPPHONE SIP 8811 - LOCAL DIRECTORY AND LOCAL SPEED DIAL NOT WORKING

• Hi all,

Whenever i press directory>local directory or local speed dial on sip phone 8811 we are getting host not found error...

Any solution for this ?

We did manual entry of directory and uploaded speeddial.xml file as well..

Make sure if ip http server is enabled. 

and add the below commands

CME(config)#telephony-service

CME(config-telephony-service)#url directories http://CME-IP-Address/localdirectory

Thanks for your response, i already did this even i added url directory in voice registere global as well.

Have you done create profile and restarted the phones ?
