CME 2800 and IP Phone 8841

Hi

I have Cisco CME (C2801) version (12.4(15)T9)

Does this CME and its software support the IP Phone 8841?

and if it doesn't, can it be supported by updating the IOS version of the CME?

88xx is supported on cme 12. + But I don’t remember if it supports on come cme  11.

with older version there was a workaround to register the unsupported phone model using voice register pool-type.

Upgrading your IOS will upgrade the CME versions and that will be one option to make the phones supported.

You must  use pool-type if the CME versions doesn't support the phone type.
