I have a customer using Call Manager Express 7.1 and would like to log the time and date of all incoming phone calls to a specific DID. Is this possible with CME7.1?
You may not find this feature since CME is not very feature rich however will tell you calls coming in through the system. Filter you might to check some 3rd party software "Tri-line, caab etc..
