Customer requested that we upgrade their ancient cue/cme code. Since the CUE is the old style the latest version is 7.0. Given that the latest supported CME is 7.1. Fine and dandy but here is the problem. The company uses directed call park. Each secretary has their own number. So a call comes in, they do a transfer to their call park number then dial the person in question who then picks up the parked call or not. Intermittently, a call comes in and the secretary either can't park the call or if they can park the call their phone is locked until the person calling either hangs up or the timer pops and the call comes back. Once it starts happening it is global for all phones.
Any ideas Anyone seen this?
