Has anyone else run into this issue? 2911 with 15.1(2)T1 , CME 8.1 phones are working fine. Using 69xx and 7925. Upgraded phone loads for 69xx phones to 9.1.1 and for 7925 to 1.4.1, phones are still working fine on CME 8.1. Upgraded IOS to 15.1(3)T - CME 8.5. Phones are not registering. The 7925's just say "registration rejected" and I see those errors in the IOS log for 7925's. The 69xx just say "unregistered", and I don't see anything in the IOS log for 69xx. All phones appear as "UNREGISTERED" in "show ephone". Bug? Or is it some new (security) feature that needs to be configured before the phones can register?

Hi Roman,
There were some slight changes with CME 8.5 and phone registration. In the later versions of CME 8 you have to accept a EULA for ephones to be able to register. Usually when you configure max-ephone command it should prompt you for this EULA, but in cases where you upgrade, it won’t prompt you automatically and you have to either reconfigure max-ephone or use the new cli command “license accept end user agreement”
Hope this helps!
