CME 8.6 Config Question

Setting up a CME 8.6 running on a 2821 with 7961's running in SCCP. 

Management wants for who ever picks up any of four ringable lines to show up on the individual employee's call appearance.  Lines are pots.  What I was thinking is having the lines act as a parallel hunt group for all parties involved and then who ever picks it up it would show up on their extension so management could see on his side car who it is who is on the phone?  Suggestions?  Recommendations?

It might be easier to create shared lines on the phones by assigning the same ephone-dn to all the ephones.
