CME 9.1 Group Pickup stopped working

Hey,

Hope someone can help me. Having an issue with cme 9.1 and group pickup where it stopped working suddenly.

When you press group pickup it asks you to dial.

Has nayone seen this. I have rebooted the router and phones but didnt help.

Hi Shibly,

Did the user tried picking up the call in their own group or the call for the other group ?

I guess you need to dial the pickup number for the specific group when you press grouppickup softkey to pick the call unlike the pickup softkey where nothing needs to be dialed.

The customer always used GPickup and I have previously tested it. They are trying to pickup calls in their own group.
