I using CME 10
Router: 2901
IOS: c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.153-3.M1.bin
PSTN Connection: FXO Interfaces
B-ACD: its-CISCO.2.0.3.0.tcl
When an inbound call from PSTN enter in our B-ACD, it plays a music and the user dial the extension, if another IP Phone try to pickup this call didnt work.
with internals the pickup works normally.
I made an test, i configure an connection plar to extension 3402 and the user on 3320 is able to pickup the call from the PSTN, there is some configurarion on the B-ACD that i need to check?
