CME Call fwd all custom FAC

Hi,

I have an issue with a customer , they are using CME FW Version 12.4.

They want to implement a custom Feature access code so when someone dials *72 it should allow them to fwd all and to cancel fwding they need to press *73 .

I've done this setup before, on another router and it's working perfectly fine but this one is having issue .

When they press *72 it asks them to fwd call and they enter the number but when a call comes in it comes to the original location.

The commands I used to setup this feature are:

C2821-000#show telephony-service fac

  telephony-service fac custom

    callfwd all *72

    callfwd cancel *73

Is there anything that I'm missing .

Update IOS and check again.

But what about the other router that has the same version 12.4 and FAC is working on that one .

Then stay as it is, make no changes, and remain with the problem.
