phone. If the receptionist transfers (via speed dial button on 7914) a call to someone in the office; and the persons takes the call and places the caller on hold, the call shows back up on the receptionist's phone display. Her phone is NOT configured for "keep-conference" and I tried disabling "transfer full-consult" but this still happens. It is CME 4.0.0(1).
Any ideas?

Do you mean, it show on the 7914, and NOT on on the other ?
At very least, buttons config please ?

The Manager places his phone on hold (DN on ephone 11) and then that call appears on the receptionist's 7960 display (ephone 10).

Hi,
on the receptionist's ephone, can you try button 7m11 instead of 7s11, and check if does the same ?
You could also try latest FW 8.0 on the telecaster and latest 5.0 on the sidecars.
