CME, CUCM and IPv6

I was just looking at the CME roadmap and it doesn't show any point where a command was added so SIP could be used with IPv6 in CME. I would swear I saw someplace a firmware version for this. Do SIP phones not work with IPv6 in CME? I know SIP will work with IPv6 in CUCM with dual stack recommended.

Thanks!

SCCP and SIP trunk only currently. Nothing for SIP CME. Not sure how do you have access to the roadmap.

The roadmap is at: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/manual/cmeadm/cmeroad.html

Thanks for the confirmation on SIP and IPv6 for CME.

Oh dat one. Ok. That is basically a "which CME version introduced which feature" map. Roadmap is basically "which future CME version will introduce which feature".
But this completely fine. You can take this as a current/already implemented features roadmap.

So, are there any places to add support for SIP using IPv6 in CME and is so, do you know the timeframe for release?

Thanks!

Currently you can have IPv6 only for SIP trunks on the CME and line side SIP IPv6 is not supported.
Roadmap info is NDA so I can't disclose it here. You need to reach out to your AM/SE.
