CME/CUE caller ID only shows "External Caller"

We recently moved one of our business units from their existing office space, down the road to a new space in the UK. Since the move, all calls received only show "External Caller" on their LCD. Nothing was changed. The existing voice provisioning was moved to the new space and no changes were made to the config.

Any ideas?

Check that telco may have 'forgot' to enable caller-ID at the new location.
