CME digit manipulation! Forward based on calling number

Hi guys,

I am trying to do a forward based on the calling number but I do not know how.

On a CME I want to receive calls to a specific number only if the calling number has 4 or more digits. If it hase 3 digits I want to forward it to a different number.

Does anyone have an ideea?

Would that Calling number be external number or internal number ?

The internal phones have a 3 digit phone number. So the 3 digit calling number is internal.
