We have a smaller site we support with an aging call manager, recently a new firewall was installed which caused some issues.
At this time however we can talk to the networks, all IPs ping each other but we cannot get the GUI to load for CME or CUE.
The local tech says he used to manage the system using this link 10.6.29.2/Web/Common/HomePage.
Although I can ping the IP 10.6.29.2 we cannot access gui. Nothing to my knowledge was changed on the CME. and the firewall shows the traffic pasing thru but timing out..
Gui is loaded in flash:

Dennis,
Did you try
http://10.6.29.2/ccme.html yet?
Also, you might want to include contents of flash where GUI files are located in your next post.
Sami

I should have clarified this earlier. I cannot access GUI from http://10.6.29.1/ccme.html
I also cannot access via: http://10.6.29.2/ccme.html
The local contact says they used http://10.6.29.2/Web/Common/HomePage.do ? to make all changes in the past which is why i referenced that IP.
I am able to ping to and from both IPs but no gui.
Any ideas?

Do you have "file privilege 0" command in cme router ? Pls check it once.
Suresh

It is not configured and I am unable to add it.

Oopss..you have quite old version, actually this command was introduced in 15.1.X version.
Can you take ethereal capture so you will get you know if any port block issue, you need to verify port 80 (HTTP) or 443 (Secure/HTTPS) specially.
Suresh
05-26-2016 09:30 AM
Yes very old version which is scheduled to be upgraded.
I'll have to coordinate with a local onsite resource but yes I can grab a capture and look for any blocking.
05-26-2016 09:33 AM
Hey Dennis,
You need to run this command inside telephony service.
You can also try debugging http sessions
debug ip http all and debug ip http error
Also check any ACL for port 80 (HTTP) or 443 (Secure/HTTPS) on new FW.

You open CME GUI using below:
http://router_ipaddress/ccme.html
where router_ipaddress is the IP address of your Cisco Unified CME router. For example, if the IP address of your Cisco Unified CME router is 10.10.10.176, enter the following:
http://10.10.10.176/ccme.html
If the above does not help, then review your settings as per the below guide:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/guide/cmeadm/cmegui.html
Regards
Deepak
