I have the nightservice properly configured to route calls while the office is closed. All holidays are entered into Unity. I am not usind a AA. What is the best way to have holiday calls routed to the answering service?

You have to decide, handle calls it in CME or CUE. For the first you can use Night Service, for the latter the Universal AA script that can be acquired on the website mentioned in my profile.
