When I ring the pilot number internally for below hunt group, it works as anticipated with the call being passed between the two phones in the list before going to the final number. When I ring the pilot number from a mobile phone, the call cuts out at about 36 seconds into the call. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Can you remove "max-redirect" from telephony-service and try again please ? If it still does not work, please collect the logs for the following debugs -
debug voip ccapi inout
debug voip application callsetup
debug voip application redirect
debug voip application session
debug voip application supplementary service
debug voip application error
debug ephone detail
debug sccp message
debug voip vtsp all
