CME Idle-URL requiring authentication

Hello again,

Setting up logos using idle-url for my 7960 phones.

The issue is

1) each time the URL pops up it asks for authentication, after I put in what seems to be the web authentication user/pass then it shows the logo.

2) Once the logo shows up the softkey when displaying the logo is 'Update' and 'exit'

If I press Update it doesnt do anything...

How do I:

- get rid of the authentication?

- and also have the normal idle set of softkeys?

Hi,

Me too I have this issue.

But the only softkey appear to me is "exit".

Does Any one can help us to solve it?
