CME loggin in message stays on phone

Hi All,

CME version 7.0(1) with extension mobility. Just been upgrade from 4.2 and now when user logs into the phone ays "logging in" as usual but when the profile comes up the "logging in" message stays on the phone screen until they press exit. Then it clears and it's ok. Same with logging out - the "logging out" message stays there.

I've upgraded the phone loads to the correct version.

Anyone seen this before?

Hi Rob,

Yes that's sounds just like it. The bug says it's fixed in 12.4(22)T2 but this CME is already on 12.4(22)T3 .

Unless Cisco unfixed it in T3.

Just as an FYI, I just went through a similar "versioning" question

on another Cisco product. We were on a newer version than the

"fixed-in" version and the bug-fix was not in the newer version. It

had been missed and we actually needed to downgrade or get an ES.
