hello,
I am new to configuration of CME.
Recently we change service provider. we have 2 phone numbers. one is for fax
we have the fax to ISP's router analog port and our 881V through BRI port.
The problem is that fax's number also rings to out internal CME phones.
The previous provider separate the number from the analog to never go to BRI port.
Now they tell us that they cannot do it and we have to configure our CME to reject the FAX number
from our system.
any suggestions?
our configuration is:

First thing you’re dial peer configuration is incredibly messy and very hard to follow. I personally would recommend you to start over with the bare minimum of dial peers so that you can easily follow the flow of the call through the system.
One example of the messiness, you have direct inward dial set on many dial peers and from the look of it I’m going to guess that it seems that you think it would use the port set on it to match the call to that specific dial peer. This is not how dial peer match works in the inbound direction. Recommend you to read through this fantastic document about dial peers and how these work for each direction. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/voice/ip-telephony-voice-over-ip-voip/211306-In-Depth-Explanation-of-Cisco-IOS-and-IO.html
Apart from this you have a ton of dial peers without any configuration, neither of them should be needed and just adds to the messiness.
For your question at hand it would be helpful if you could provide a bit of specifics about your call flow. Bare minimum is what called number each of the different calls cases would have? We can’t know what the called number for fax calls or the other calls are if you don’t share this information.
