CME Phones Time issue

Dears,

phones are not getting time properly, time is set properly in telephony service and also on router, Router itself is a ntp server for the phones,

what else I shld check to get the phones on proper time.

Are your phones SCCP, SIP or a mixture of both?

Can you share the following output:

sh run | in ntp

sh run | s telephony-s

sh run | s voice register global

1. Have you specified the correct time-zone under telephony service? for example:

telephony-service

  time-zone 12

2. Have you specified the correct time-zone on the router using the command clock-timezone?

For example:

clock timezone EST -5 0
