Have Ip phone 7945 and reset does not seem to be working on this device.
Tried reset with 1234567890*# and 3491672850*# and after the code has been entered, the phone will shut it self off.
Not sure if this means that we have a hardware issue or there is still ways to recover after failed with the regular reset option.
