CME Pick-up issue Call Manager Express

Hello.

Please help.

I configure in Call Manager Express pickup group but phones can not see incoming numbers in pickup group. How i can troubleshoot this issue?

Hi Nihad,

Can you verify the CME pickup configuration as per the admin guide below

If the issue persists then post the running config from CME.

service directed-pickup gpickup    this command solved my issue.
