CME Shared lines issues

I am trying to set up CME 8.6 to achieve the following two goals:

-Have our main number ring on all phones even for 2nd and 3rd incoming calls
-We have two people and they need to be able to be on two calls each at the sane tine (1 call and one call waiting)

Be able to Call Forward All for the main number with just one setting to my cell phone. --(ie CfwdAll + number not just one button touch.)

I have set up a hunt group and that solves goal #1 but you cannot forward a hunt group to a cell phone. So this option will not work for us.

Next I tried using lime sharing and overlays. This kind of worked but has some problems.

I set up 4 ephone-dn's like this:

ephone-dn 1
number 13864560000 no-reg both
call-forward busy 5000
call-forward noan 5000 timeout 25
corlist incoming Keyring-National
ephone-dn 2
number 13864560000 no-reg both
call-forward busy 5000
call-forward noan 5000 timeout 25
corlist incoming Keyring-National
ephone-dn 3
number 13864560000 no-reg both
call-forward busy 5000
call-forward noan 5000 timeout 25
ephone-dn 4
number 13864560000 no-reg both
call-forward busy 5000
call-forward noan 5000 timeout 25

and configured each ephone like this
butt 1:11 or 12
butt 2c1,2,3,4

This meets goal #1 as the first call rings on all phones. However, when one phone is on a call and a second caller calls, about 1/4th the time the second call goes to voicemail while the other 3/4 of times the ring on the phones like the all should.

If you have four calls going on at once and a fifth call comes in, the caller hears ringing for 25 seconds before transferred to voicemail. There should not be this delay for the fifth caller, the call should go straight to voicemail.

Call Forward All does work but it too is a hit or miss.

I tried using the preference 0 command to see if it would help.

ephone-dn 1
number 13864560000 no-reg both
call-forward busy 5000
call-forward noan 5000 timeout 25
corlist incoming Keyring-National
preference 0
ephone-dn 2
number 13864560000 no-reg both
call-forward busy 5000
call-forward noan 5000 timeout 25
corlist incoming Keyring-National
preference 1
ephone-dn 3
number 13864560000 no-reg both
call-forward busy 5000
call-forward noan 5000 timeout 25
corlist incoming Keyring-National
preference 2
ephone-dn 4
number 13864560000 no-reg both
call-forward busy 5000
call-forward noan 5000 timeout 25
corlist incoming Keyring-National
preference 3

The first inbound call rings on all phones as expected.

While the first call is on phone one and a second call cone in, the second call goes straight to voicemail.

This is does not work since we need to be able to accept more than one inbound call at a time.

So preference x messes things up bad. What do we need to configure so that this meets our needs?

I found the fix.  Use ephone-dn xx octal-line then configure SNR.  This will make all phones ring and if a user is on a phone, they will here a beep tone while the other phones ring.

Call forwarding and SNR work as expected.

In this configuration, the CME works like a KSU phone system.

With SNR, your snr number will ring at the same time as your CME number.  You can answer on either system.

ephone-dn 1 octo-line
 number 13865551212 no-reg both
 label ACE Company
 description ACE Company line
 name ACE Company
 mobility
 snr calling-number local
 snr 3525551212 delay 1 timeout 25 cfwd-noan 5000
 snr ring-stop
 call-forward busy 5000
 call-forward noan 5000 timeout 25
 corlist incoming Keyring-National

In Hunt Group you can define a final destination to send all calls to Mobile. Have you tried that?
