CME SIP 3905

Hi All,

I have 25 SIP phones 3905 with the latest firmware "CP3905.9-4-1SR1-3.loads", the problem is when make external call the Volume is so low...

But for the internal call the volume is OK..

Any one can help me ??? please

All phones do this or just a single 3905?  You could try to drop the firmware down and see if that makes a difference then re-upgrade.  Is this on a CME or CUCM?

I have different type of telephone but Is working correctly, I try do this this before but is not work too,

it's is CME..

please help me
