CME SIP Pickup

Hi,

Someone has a working config of CME using SIP Phone 3905 and with pickup working?

My issue is that pickup doesn't work.

When I press the feature button then pickup I get reorder tone.

I have configured pickup-group on voice register dn and the service directed pickup on telephony service. After that, I create cnf-files(on telephony-service) and create profile (on voice register global) and reset the phones. Anyone know If I am missing something?

It's working now, thanks to TAC engineer.

I open an case to help me with the question, and I have to configure:

call-park system application

On telephony-service and generate the cnf-files again (no create cnf-files, create cnf files).

I have a same problem, but even doing the above procedure, call pickup not working fine in the SIP Phone 3905.

This is voice register dn and pool configuration:

voice register dn  26

allow watch

pickup-call any-group

pickup-group 20

registration-timer max 120 min 60

type 3905

Do you have any other configuration to solved this problem?

Hi Claudio,

You have to configure the command 'call-park system application' under telephony service, and then regenerate the cnf-files.

Hi,

when I configuring 'call-park system application' under telephony service the pickup between Skinny Phones does

not work. Then I can use pickup from SIP Phones. (I have also activated 'fac standard' under telephony services)

When I remove the 'call-park system application', then the pickup between Skinny Phones working again.

I have testest with ios 15.3(3)M.

Is there another way to activate Pickup for SIP Phones with Pickup between Skinny Phones working ?
