hopefully a basic question.
have CCM5 at the main office. then a remote location with 20 users. i'd like to take an existing cme 4.0 system to those users but have then registered with the main system first then the cme if WAN fails. i know its supported and im trying it right now.
i create a device pool for that branch and specified the srst reference as the ip add. before that i registed the router as an H323 gateway (MGCP on ccm 5.0.4 has some issues :() i then have a full ccme system configured with the addition of the srst mode provision none and templates for ephone and dn configured.
when i plu the phones in, the phone always registers with the local gateway, the CME. am i missing something?

Hi,
check if in the configuration of your CME the dhcp and option 150 are correct!
