Is there a system wide timer for the toggle button on the IP Phones for going from off-hook/on-hook/off-hook? I have a customer that, when they're on line 1 with a call and another call is coming in, if she terminats the first call and picks up the second by toggling the on/off hook button (really quickly), she doesn't get soft-key options for hold or transfer for that second call. I'm wondering whether she is toggling the button too quick and CME doesn't register that first call as ending. Is there a way to adjust the timer for the button being depressed before it's considered "on-hook" again?
