CME/UC500 dialing from missed calls

Does anyone have any info on how to dial directly from missed calls? The missed calls don't have the prefix 9 so when you attempt to dial directly from the missed calls it won't go through.

You need translation-profile and rules.

which type of line do you have? If ISDN it can also recognize international calls and prefix 9011 (I assume you're in N.A.).

Do you mean adding a translation rule something like this?

voice translation-rule 1

rule 1 /^\(..........\)/ /9\1/

It's simpler:

rule 1 // /9/

With isdn you discriminate international calls and add appropriate prefix too.
