CME web interface vs cli command

HI, I need to pull data from multiple remote CME , like DN, ph mac address, username. I could pull that from web interface (Configure>Phones)in good format BUT when I compared with results from cli command show ephone , I didn not find any matches between mac addresses from web request and mac from cli....

Am I missing something? How come mac addr from web gui didn't show up at cli request and vice versa ... ?

Is there any way to fix this?

if you have sip phones, their Mac cannot be pulled from GUI. chances are less that Mac address on GUI and CLI are different.

Creating  account for administrators can be done via the GUI or CLI.  The CLI example is shown below.

i have access to web gui, but pulled data from web gui doesnt match to data pulled from cli, all phones are sccp.

YOu mean all the mac address are incorrect ?
