Hi All,
when I run unified call connector for the CME, it says "acquiring for line FAILED" then I exit all the application in the PC background, still shows FAILED. any suggestion would be very appreciated.

Please check the following troubleshooting tech note. you might need to do additional changes on your internet explorer security.
It looks like Cisco CRM Communications Connector Client Authentication Issue.

Alex,
Are you running the UCC client in server mode or Tapi mode? I have noticed when running UCC version 1.1 that if you have speed dials setup on your phone it will fail to acquire your lines. You can remove your speed dials if you have any and re-enter them using the UCC client and it should work.
This is a really buggy product.
