Hi I have some issues with the main ip phones from a hospital
they are un-registered and the display on the phones shows ethernet disconnected
what should I do, if I unplugg the phone from the wall and plug it back in, we have the same issue, do we have a problem with the switch?

More likely, you have a problem with cabling somewhere.

If you see the Ethernet Disconnected message, it means exactly that. There is no active network connectivity. It could be cabling, but if the phone was working fine before you should check the switch as well to make sure the port the phone is connected to is active. Either someone has been messing with your network cabling, or you have a network switch issue.
