Hello,

I want to ask how can I set up my IP phone to show latency in CMR?

All calls show 0 in latency in my CMR at present.

My IP phone is 7961 and the SIP version is 9.4(2)SR2.

This appears to be a known issue with SIP endpoints/trunks:

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCub07733/

Update CMR records for calls from sip trunks
CSCub07733
Symptom:
Update CMR records for calls from sip endpoints & sip trunks

Conditions:
Currently there are no CMR records generated when calls are made from sip endpoints or when calls pass through a sip trunk, raising this product enhancement request so that we can get support for this feature.

Workaround:
NA

Further Problem Description:
Newer phone SIP FWs can provide call statistics but there will be no CMR / call statistics from a SIP Trunk.

When the SIP GW supports it, the SIP GW / PSTN can send RTP statistics when sending the BYE message, but since the SIP trunk destination may or may not generate these, this feature, (CMR records), was not extended to SIP Trunks.

In case the SIP Trunk destination supports RTP statistics, you should see on the BYE message something like:

CSeq: 102 BYE
Reason: Q.850;cause=16
Max-Forwards: 68
P-RTP-Stat: PS=294,OS=47040,PR=308,OR=48344,PL=0,JI=0,LA=0,DU=6
Content-Length: 0
