common issue in the disconnect supervisory signal

Dear Expert 

 

I have a common issue related to disconnect signal. The cisco ip phone keep ringing after the caller hang up the line also the FXO did not relase the calls. Please i need to know how to get the frequency value from the debug in the router. My customer is in Saudi Arabia (STC ).

 

Really appreciate your help in the matter.
