Hello ,
A few days ago we see the registration from CUCM/CUC to smart account stop to work .
we work with HTTP/HTTPS proxy.
I try to register with token again and I got error
Communication Timeout
The Product Instance was unable to register with Smart Software Licensing due to communication timeout.
Ensure that the Product Instance can access your selected registration server.
The customer check the firewall and he said that not block.
my CUCM version is 12.5.1.13900-152
any idea to solve it?

Make sure that proxy server has connectivity to tools.cisco.com so that CUCM can be synced to the virtual account via proxy server
