I'm able to make all the local conference calls I attempt to make however when I try to complete a long distance conference call I get the message on my display " Cannot Complete Conference". Any ideas?
This because of DSPs (dspfarm) resources unavailability in CME. Transcoder and HW conference have not been configured in CME, so please configure them and then test.
I can conference local calls just fine. The problem is conferencing long distance calls. It doesn't take more DSP resources to conference a long distance number does it?
